Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, amjili processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to fulfill our obligations under the Terms & Conditions you agreed to upon registration – including account management, payment processing, and KYC verification.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act, PAGCOR regulations, and National Privacy Commission directives.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for amjili's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring – provided these interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
• Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, and informed consent – primarily for marketing communications and optional personalization features. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

amjili does not sell your personal data. We may share your data with the following categories of third parties, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection agreements:

• Payment Processors: GCash (Mynt), PayMaya (Voyager), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers require transaction data to process your deposits and withdrawals.
• Game Providers: Licensed third-party game studios that supply casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting content to the amjili platform may receive limited technical data necessary to deliver their services.

amjili retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account relationship with amjili, plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and its implementing regulations.
• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the completion of the KYC process or account closure, whichever is later.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for as long as you remain subscribed to marketing communications, plus one (1) year following opt-out, as evidence of consent management.
• Technical & Usage Logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months for security monitoring and platform analytics purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with amjili's data disposal procedures.

amjili uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform effectively and to understand how players interact with our services. The following types of cookies are used:

The amjili platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. amjili does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered on the amjili platform or provided personal data to us, please contact our support team immediately so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

amjili employs age verification procedures during registration and KYC to prevent underage access. These measures are a core part of our responsible gaming commitment and our compliance with PAGCOR regulations.
