amjili Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the amjili platform in any capacity – whether as a registered player or a visitor – you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all services offered by amjili, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, bingo, sports betting, and any promotional or bonus programs.

These Terms are effective as of the date of your registration or first use of the amjili platform, whichever occurs earlier. amjili reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. • Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by amjili or any other gaming authority, at the time of registration or use.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of amjili or any of its affiliated game providers.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the amjili platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update any information that changes. amjili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your amjili login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

amjili implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents – such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method – before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed.

• Accepted Philippine IDs include: PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, and Voter's ID.
• Proof of address may include a utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three (3) months.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.

amjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Inst aPay, and PESONet.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method. amjili does not charge fees on standard peso deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into your amjili account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. amjili reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

amjili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your account, amjili reserves the right to correct the error and recover any incorrectly credited funds.

• Deposits are credited to your amjili balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled once they have been submitted and accepted for processing.
• amjili reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction or per-day basis.
• Any taxes or duties applicable to winnings under Philippine law are the sole responsibility of the player.

amjili offers various bonuses and promotional programs to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms applicable across all amjili promotions are set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

• Abuse Prevention: amjili reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of promotional terms.

All games available on the amjili platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party game studios. The outcomes of all games are determined independently of amjili and cannot be influenced by the platform or its staff.

Each game on the amjili platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. amjili shall not be liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on amjili's servers, the result recorded on amjili's servers shall be deemed the official and binding result. amjili's server logs constitute the definitive record of all game outcomes and transactions.

• Bets placed after a game round has officially closed will be void and any stakes returned.
• amjili reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a technical malfunction.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the amjili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud amjili or other players, including the use of stolen payment methods, fraudulent chargebacks, or identity fraud.
• Automated Play: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with amjili games or the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, or sports betting syndicates operating in bad faith.
• Money Laundering: Using the amjili platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to amjili's systems, databases, or other players' accounts.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with amjili support.

All content on the amjili platform – including but not limited to the amjili brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials – is the exclusive intellectual property of amjili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the amjili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any amjili content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on amjili content.
• Use amjili's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used by the amjili platform.

Any unauthorized use of amjili's intellectual property may result in legal action. amjili actively monitors for infringement and will enforce its rights to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.

amjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on amjili, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, gameplay, financial transactions, and customer support interactions.

amjili implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and amjili cannot guarantee absolute data security.

amjili will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, amjili shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the amjili platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the amjili platform, including game statistics, odds, or promotional materials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the amjili platform or any of its services.

amjili's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The amjili platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. amjili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

amjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Conduct that amjili reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your amjili account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to the closure date.

amjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, amjili will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the amjili platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the amjili platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to amjili's customer support team for informal resolution. amjili will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process.
